Visit to Polar Electro
VIsit to Polar Electro will introduce the participants Polar Company and a deep overview on research results behind Polar products that are not meant only for sports athletes but also to people who enjoy healthier lifestyle, need aiding and precise information on their fitness or weight management. Polar's R&D and research work in co-operation with world-class research centres and universities combine expertise in sports, physiology, medicine and high-tech electronics.
Founded in 1977, Polar Electro today employs 1200 people worldwide, has 21 subsidiaries globally and manages a distribution network supplying over 35,000 retail outlets in more than 80 countries.
The visit is hosted by Dr. Raija Laukkanen, Ph.D, Docent, FACSM Director, Exercise Science
Visit takes place on Thursday, Dec 11th at 9-11 am. Transportation from Lasaretti Conference Centre at 8.00 am.
