Flights to Oulu
The Oulu Airport is the Northern Finland’s gateway to the world, there are 18 fligths between Oulu and Helsinki on weekdays. The
airport has grown with the active technology centre and university
town: in 2007, it was used by 840,000 business and holiday passengers.
The airport has the second-largest passenger numbers in Finland.
Finnair and Blue1/SAS have regular traffic to Oulu. There are direct flights to Helsinki, Rovaniemi and Kemi-Tornio. Wingo and AirBaltic operate also from Oulu Airport.
From the airport you can take a taxi to the centre of Oulu. The airport is located about 20 km from the centre of Oulu. It is also possible to take the bus number 19, see time schedules here.
